Dreams Come True is a national UK charity that enables children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions to fulfil a dream.
Our entire focus is to directly support those ‘unseen and unheard’ families, who live in the hardest to reach and most deprived parts of the UK, those who might not even consider having a dream come true.
For some, a dream could be to meet their hero or to spend a couple of days away to forget their troubles. For others, it could be having a room to call their own or an accessible bike that allows them to ride with their family and friends.
No matter the dream, if it is fulfilled it can improve the quality of life, spreading excitement and happiness through the family.
We fundamentally believe that every child and young person has a right to dream, no matter who they are, or where they live.
