The Down’ Syndrome Association exists to help people with Down's syndrome live full and rewarding lives by providing information, services and support at every stage of their lives.
People with Down’s syndrome are just like you and me. They have the same wants, needs, dreams and aspirations as anyone else. What they need is a little bit of extra support to help them achieve their goals. Whether it is going to school and then college, or moving out of home and getting a job – all things are possible with the right support, and the DSA aims to provide this support along every step of the way.
Run for us and make your challenge make a difference. Whether it’s 5km or 100km, we have a number of runs, bike rides and treks to suit the whole family.
