The park is situated on the Norwood Ridge, offering views of Central London, Greenwich and the North Downs. This undulating route in the beautiful park is the perfect opportunity for a fun morning run, even passing a few dinosaurs along the course! Action on Postpartum Psychosis the only charity in the UK providing information, support and advocacy for women and families affected by postpartum psychosis (PP). This is where APP come in. We provide an award winning peer support network for mums and their families. We facilitate research into PP, provide high quality training for healthcare professionals, and work to raise awareness of PP and break down the stigma that can surround a diagnosis.
