Wooden Spoon is the children’s charity of rugby who fund life-changing projects across the UK & Ireland. With the support of the rugby community from grass roots local clubs to the national unions, over the last 40 years we’ve funded £32 million in grants and changed the lives of 2 million children and young people living with disabilities, disadvantaged or disenfranchised.

But we need your help more than ever as more children need our help. We are now only able to approve approximately 1 in 10 of the project applications that we receive due to the increased demand for our support.

We exist to help the 1.1million children living with a disability, the third of children that live in poverty and the 1 in 5 children who suffer with a mental health issue to live their best lives.
