The Wales 10k will be taking part during the final day of the Long Course Weekend, on the fully closed roads of The Wales Marathon. Heading from Manorbier to Tenby's award-winning red carpet finish, dedicated athletes and fun runners alike will earn themselves the knowledge that they have raced in the first year of what is sure to be a huge event for years to come.

Scleroderma & Raynaud's UK (SRUK) is the only UK Charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with scleroderma and Raynaud's phenomenon. SRUK works to improve awareness and understanding of these conditions, to support those affected, fund ground breaking research and ultimately, to find a cure. Our aim is to reach out to every single person who has a scleroderma or Raynaud's diagnosis, providing them with the information and support they need.
