 Oxfordshire Mind helps over 10,000 people with mental health challenges every year, and we won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect

Our services include housing, benefits advice, a confidential and free information line, short courses, children & young people support, volunteering opportunities, and they provide over 30 free, friendly, informal peer support groups across Oxfordshire.

Together, we can ensure no one has to face their mental health struggles alone.
