Near your home!
Are you up for a new challenge during this year’s Awareness Week? Why not join #Team21 and take on the new 21,000 steps virtual challenge. This can be done individually or you can share the distance with your household. You can do it in a day, a week or even over the month of March! On completion you will receive a shiny, newly designed Challenge 21 medal and become the envy of everyone you know.
Sign up today for just £21 and receive one of our colourful new green DSA T-shirts when you have raised £50 too. The DSA cannot wait to welcome you to #Team21!
*Please note, you will receive one medal per sign up upon completion of the challenge.
How it works:
1) Sign up to your race
2) Complete your run
3) Email your evidence to Virtual@runforcharity.com on completion
4) Put your feet up
5) Wait for the postman to drop off your medal!
Simply take a picture of your fitness tracker, watch or any other tech device which can show you having completed your challenge and send it via email to email@example.com with your name, the name of the challenge you did and our charity name. During isolation we will also accept daily written logs or a picture of you at the end of your challenge with your time and distance written on a piece of paper.

The Down’s Syndrome Association (DSA) supports individuals who have Down’s syndrome, and their families, throughout their lives. For more than 50 years they have been providing comprehensive information, advocacy and support services to everyone who has an interest in Down’s syndrome. Their vision is to create a world where all people who have Down’s syndrome are able to live full and rewarding lives.
What your support means
We rely almost entirely on voluntary donations, requiring £2 million per annum to help keep our services running and able to adapt to changing times. Every single donation will help us to continue to offer vital support and information, our advocacy work, run award winning programmes and accessible activities for those still shielding.
But you’ll also be raising awareness about Down’s syndrome, telling the world your story and adding your voice to our calls for better understanding, greater inclusion and a world where all people who have Down’s syndrome are able to live full and rewarding lives
