Connected Planet Foundation is a UK-based charity whose goal is to bring communities closer to the natural world around them. As well as a UK programme of nature activities, we provide opportunities for disadvantaged communities across Africa to visit nature Reserves and connect with the wildlife. Many of the children we work with have never seen an elephant before and don’t understand the importance of protecting them. We believe building these connections to nature is vital for the long-term conservation of wildlife
