St David's Hospice
At St David’s Hospice, our mission is to ensure that the people of Anglesey, Conwy and Gwynedd receive the end of life care they deserve.
St David’s Hospice aims to improve the lives of people who have an incurable illness. We care for people from the point at which their illness is diagnosed as terminal to the end of their life, however long that may be. Our care extends to those who are close to the patient, as well as into the bereavement period after the patient has died.
St David’s Hospice has three clinical centres offering inpatient care and day therapy and which provide holistic care to people living with a range of conditions including cancer, motor neurone disease, parkinson’s disease, heart, renal and lung failure.
