Mind in Tower Hamlets, Newham & Redbridge

Mind THNR is a mental health charity supporting people living in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets, Newham and Redbridge. We have been proudly delivering services and support for people living in our community for over 30 years. We offer a variety of services included Mental Health Support, Well-being Groups, Talking Therapies, Employment Support and Advice, Suicide Prevention, community based social-prescribing, community based cafe's, crisis support as well as Advocacy services.
