Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre

Here For You

Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (GRASAC) is a specialist charity supporting people aged 13 and over who have experienced rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse and all forms of sexual violence.

We provide confidential, trauma-informed and survivor-centred support across Gloucestershire. Our specialist services offer a safe, non-judgemental space where survivors can be heard, believed and supported, whether their experience was recent or happened many years ago.

Alongside our one-to-one support, we offer recovery programmes, support groups and opportunities for survivors to connect with others, build confidence and develop tools to support their wellbeing. We also provide education, training and awareness-raising to help communities and professionals better understand sexual violence, consent and the impact of trauma.

In the last year, 886 survivors were referred to GRASAC for specialist support. Every survivor’s experience is different, and we believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, specialist support without judgement.

By choosing to run for GRASAC, you are helping us continue this vital work and raise awareness across Gloucestershire. Your fundraising can help survivors access the support they need to feel heard, regain a sense of control and move forward in their own way.
