Als Pals

We are a local cancer support charity based in Milton Keynes.

Al's Pals was started after local resident Alan lost his life to cancer and during his cancer journey he really wanted someone to talk to other than family, someone that could empathise and understand the daily struggles and it is out of his legacy Als Pals was born.

We support cancer patients and their families with vital emotional support in hospital, at home and in the community. We cover Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and surrounding regions. Our support is available to cancer patients and their families regardless of diagnosis and prognosis. We also provide a free counselling service as well face to face.
