Weldmar Hospicecare is a charity that provides specialist end of life care for people living in Dorset who have a life limiting illness, such as heart disease, cancer, and Motor Neurone Disease, and also supports their loved ones through one of life's most difficult journeys.

• Our compassionate and individual approach to care takes place in the comfort of pateints' own homes, in the community, and at our Inpatient Unit in Dorchester. All of our services are provided free of charge. The NHS contribute around 20% of our overall costs leaving Weldmar needing to raise over £26,000 per day to fund our free of charge services through support from the local community, by fundraising and shopping at our chain of charity shops and outlets across Dorset.
