Stemette Futures is a registered charity working alongside the award-winning non-profit, Stemettes, to engage, inform and connect the next generation of women and non-binary people into Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths (STEAM). We run intersectional programmes, impactful events and inspirational platforms, all showcasing a diversity of people working in STEAM.

Why your support matters
✓ There is a persistent gender inequity in STEAM roles. Only 26% of the core STEAM workforce in the UK are women - this drops to 18% in tech related roles and 12% in engineering roles.
✓ The UK has a STEAM skills shortage - increasing the numbers of women and non-binary folk entering the workforce will help to address this.
