We’re a local charity with a big ambition: a future where everyone approaching death and those who love and care for them can access compassionate, specialist palliative and end of life care. We’re there for people through the precious memories, final goodbyes and moments after.

This event has a fundraising target of £450 however we ask that you raise 25% of this value 6 months before the event and 50% of the target 2 months before the event date. The team will be here to support you reach these goals.
