No one chooses homelessness. No one chooses a life of addiction. Yet every day in London and beyond, people lose their homes, their livelihoods and their families. With the average age of death for someone experiencing homelessness standing at just 44, too many people lose their lives.

At Spitalfields Crypt Trust (SCT) we passionately believe recovery and lasting change is possible. Each year we offer a lifeline to around 200 people. Our residential addictions treatment programme and counselling, supported housing and Housing First service, and training and development opportunities transform lives.
