Mosaic 1898, a Leicestershire-based disability charity dedicated to improving the lives of disabled people and those who support them for over 125 years. Our mission is to promote inclusion, independence, and equality for all, ensuring that disabled people have the same opportunities to thrive, participate, and lead fulfilling lives across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland.

We work directly with over 6,000 disabled individuals each month, plus support thousands of family members, carers and siblings — more than 70% of whom have significant or complex disabilities — and demand continues to grow as statutory services face long waiting times. Our person-centred approach ensures that every disabled person is treated with dignity, respect, and empowerment.
