Kidney Cancer UK is the UK's leading kidney cancer charity. We seek to reduce the harm caused by kidney cancer by increasing knowledge and awareness, providing patient information and by supporting research into the causes, prevention and treatment of the disease. We receive no government support, as such we depend primarily on voluntary donations. We have a series of three acclaimed 'Understanding Kidney Cancer' booklets, we have a strong social media presence which includes four online patient support closed Facebook groups. We provide a free to call patient Support Line, a Counselling Service, a dedicated benefit advisor, a respected and established online renal nurse training and research programme and we actively campaign for access to life extending drugs and new treatments for NHS kidney cancer patients.
