KEEN London is a small but mighty charity that uses sports and games to transform the lives of children with additional needs and disabilities. KEEN Club, our core service, offers free one-to-one supported weekly sessions which aim to improve physical activity, social interaction and quality of life for the children in our service.

KEEN is often the only place families feel safe leaving their child outside of school and provides a rare opportunity for families to come together without judgement.

We provide a safe space to build confidence, learn social skills, and, when needed, get emotions under control. The stuff that may come more easily to other children but is so crucial for success and happiness. Our goal is for our services to be a launchpad supporting children to be ready for that next transition, to learn, dream big and choose their adventure.
