Established in 1973, Kaleidoscope Plus Group are a leading health and wellbeing charity based in the West Midlands. Our team of dedicated mental health professionals promote and support positive health and wellbeing.

We provide a diverse range of services from a 24-hour text line and out of hours crisis Sanctuary Hub, to residential and independent living services, counselling for all ages, suicide prevention services, bereavement support and a series of groups aimed at promoting inclusion, support, recovery, wellness and self-care. We also deliver a host of employee training courses such as wellbeing in the workplace and accredited Mental Health First Aid.
