Francis House is Greater Manchester's children's hospice. Local families come to us for respite from the stresss and strains of difficult times. To talk, to play, to laugh, to cry, to find the space, time and one to one support they need in their most challenging times.

From our site in Didsbury, Francis House is a lifeline to more than 400 families. We provide high levels of clinical care to children and young adults with life-shortening or life-threatening conditions.

Family is at the heart of everything we do. Because it's not simply a seriously ill child who lives with a life-shortening or life-threatening condition, but their brothers and sisters, parents and carers too.
