We do not charge any of our patients or their families for staying with us or using our outpatient and support services. However, you might be surprised to discover that only 21% of our operational costs are covered by the government.

As a result, we must fundraise £9,362 every day to cover our expenses. This reality highlights the crucial importance of the generous support from our incredible community. It is their unwavering assistance that enables us to keep our doors open and continue providing specialist care to those who need it most.

How your fundraising can help: 

£740 could pay for an overnight stay for one patient in our IPU. 

£524 could pay for a place on the 12-week Wellbeing Programme, offering patients support, compassion and connection. 

£396 could pay for someone to benefit from six art psychotherapy sessions, giving them a way to express emotions that are hard to talk about. 

£262 could fund a night sit, giving exhausted family members the gift of rest and peace of mind, knowing their loved one is safe and cared for.   

£50 could fill the tank of one of our Hospice@Home cars, helping our nurses reach patients in their own homes with care and compassion. 

£26 could pay for a massage with a complementary therapist to help someone relax and recharge.
