We know that caring for people with congenital heart disease involves more than treating just the heart itself.
It is so much more than that. We enable children, adults and families affected by congenital heart disease to live empowered lives, through family support and by fundraising for vital resources for the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit and region.

How Your Support Helps

This event has a fundraising target of £450 we ask that 50% of your target (£225) is raised 2 months before the event.   We are here to support you with your fundraising,  please get in touch with the team on events@chsf.org.uk
