We are a specialist charity supporting autistic people, people with a learning disability, and those with acquired brain injury to live fuller, more independent lives. Working across London, the South East, the West Midlands and East of England, our 1,600+ staff support around 650 people through personalised, community-based services. We create trusted support shaped around each person’s needs, ambitions and preferences, working closely with families and others in their lives to build plans that truly work. With expertise in complex transitions from secure hospitals and assessment and treatment units, we focus on protecting human rights, reducing reliance on restraint, and promoting dignity, wellbeing and belonging. Our mission is to challenge and overcome the disadvantage people face through illness, injury and disability – helping them thrive, connect and flourish in their communities.
