Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care is a patient-led charity that delivers palliative and end of life care to people who have advanced life-limiting illnesses living in North west Surrey.

Each year we care for thousands of patients, their carers and families. Over 70% of our care is provided out in the community in patients homes, alongside the care provided at our Hospice in Woking.
