Based in Godalming, Surrey, The Meath is a 24/7 specialist residential care home which has been supporting adults aged 19 and above with complex epilepsy, learning and physical disabilities for more than 130 years. We provide a world of possibilities through specialist care, person centered support and skills based, life-enriching activities. We are proud to enable the people who call The Meath home to live safe and fulfilled lives as independently as possible.
The Meath supports people with complex needs, through specialist residential care, supported living services and comprising a dedicated Healthcare and Skills Centre. Every year, we deliver thousands of specialist care hours and activity sessions designed to improve wellbeing, reduce social isolation and help the people we support achieve their full potential.
