As the UK's leading HIV charity, we work to end new cases of HIV in the UK by 2030, eradicate HIV stigma, and support people to live well with HIV. For over 40 years, we’ve been at the forefront of the fight against HIV, delivering life-saving services and ensuring HIV does not hold anyone back.

We provide vital advice, information and support from our free helpline THT Direct, our online safe space My Community, and offer peer support and counselling. We campaign to fight HIV stigma and increase awareness. and ensure everyone can access HIV testing and prevention. Our Positive Voices programme amplifies the voices of people living with HIV to break down HIV stigma and educate the public about HIV today.
