Wrexham-based charity the Rainbow Foundation (reg. 1199932) is an Ageing Well Centre of Excellence, offering holistic support via care hubs and community outreach. At the Rainbow Foundation's two centres in Marchwiel and Penley, we provide therapy, care, advice, and activities to empower independence and enrich lives.
