Invictus Well-being

Supporting young people's mental health across West Yorkshire

Invictus support thousands of young people each year with their mental health and wellbeing.

We work across Yorkshire offering timely, accessible and effective support to young people who need it most.

We believe that no child should struggle alone and that acting early can prevent problems later in life.

That's why we offer free therapy, counselling, support, groups and more to young people aged 5-25 to families across our region.

How Your Support Helps

Invictus is one of the most successful mental health charities across Yorkshire and its all down to incredible individuals and businesses like you that dig deep and fundraise for us.

Invictus helps offer free support, bring down waiting lists and gives a helping hand to young people and families who are desperate for our support.

Did you know?

  • £5 can provide a warm meal and a new activity for a child who would usually skip meals and stay at home in the holidays.
  • £20 can provide a support session to a child who is having panic attacks at school.
  • £50 can provide group therapy for children who have lost a parent.
  • £150 can provide a course of specialist therapy to a young girl who has been sexually abused.
  • £500 can pay for a volunteer counsellor for an entire year.

Unfortunately, many of the cases above wait months and even years for the specialist support they need.

Please help us in getting our wait times down, offering more specialist support and helping more young children access the support they deserve across Yorkshire.
