Years of austerity, high rents and the rising cost of food and fuel have hit residents hard. In the last 5 years, food prices in the UK have increased by over 38% and demand for our services has reached a new high.
 
Hackney Foodbank provides emergency food for an average of 680 people per week, providing 312,000 emergency meals in 2025. They offer non-...
