A new country and language. Stigma and suspicion. A completely different work culture to navigate. Four times more likely to be unemployed.

Often, refugees are left to face these barriers alone. Together we can break them down, so every refugee will be welcomed into work.

Breaking Barriers is a specialist refugee employment charity, helping people find financial independence, purpose and identity through work.

We support refugees into meaningful employment with one-to-one advice and guidance, education, and training. We forge innovative partnerships to create opportunities for refugees. And we share knowledge to inspire more social impact.
