5% of the population have ADHD and early intervention and support can change the outcome of a child’s life. Young people with ADHD face challenges at home, school, and in society—leading to discrimination, isolation, school exclusion, poor mental health, and lost potential. We believe this can change if we equip young people and the communities who support them with the right knowledge, tools and practical and emotional support to help them reach their full potential.
ADHD Embrace is a community-centric charity supporting young people so that children with ADHD are better understood, well supported and able to thrive.
At the heart of what we do is supporting the parents and teachers who live and work with children with ADHD, helping schools in particular move towards more neuroinclusive classrooms through our Schools Outreach Programme.
We also advocate on behalf of our community of ADHD families.

We have a newsletter packed full of tips, support and events for families and a private Facebook forum for parents and carers – sign up here.
As a registered charity we are committed to expanding our support for families of children and young people with ADHD. With the funds raised, ADHD Embrace will be able to:
· -Deliver more parent and carer workshops, support groups, and educational programmes.
· -Expand access to practical resources and guidance for families navigating ADHD diagnosis and daily challenges.
· -Increase outreach to schools and professionals to improve understanding and support for children with ADHD.
· -Strengthen advocacy efforts that help children and young people receive the support they need in schools and the community more widely.
