We are Working Chance - the UK's only employment charity solely for women with convictions. We provide specialist employability support that is tailored to each woman, for as long as it's needed - helping them to find jobs, work experience or education and training opportunities.
The women that we support face multiple challenges to rebuild their lives and find jobs after a conviction, including trauma, mental health difficulties, stigma and poverty. Employment plays a key role in helping women to rebuild their lives and we work tirelessly to make sure that every woman can find the right opportunity that suits their skills, needs and interests. Since 2009, we have supported thousands of women into employment, providing a future where she and her family can flourish.
