Woodlands Hospice

Woodlands Hospice is dedicated to providing hospice care and support for communities across Liverpool. We need to raise at least £4,000 each day to keep our services running, to ensure we are there for our patients and their families at a time when they need us the most.We provide Specialist Palliative Care to people with cancer and other life limiting illnesses with complex needs, taking into account their physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs.

Our inpatient unit has fifteen single en-suite rooms for patients with patio doors allowing entry to our beautiful gardens. We do our best within our limited resources to make our hospice as comfortable as possible and to create a ‘homely’ environment where patients and families can relax and spend quality time together. In addition to our inpatient unit, we have a range of outpatient specialist services within our Well-being and Support Centre, including family support, therapy services, hospice at home and an Advance Care Planning service for patients and families
