No Panic is a registered charity that helps and supports those living with Panic Attacks, Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and other related anxiety disorders.
We have a confidential helpline that is staffed by trained volunteers on 0300 7729844 and is available from 10am to 10pm every day of the year.
All of our services are provided over the telephone or internet which provide enormous flexibility, comfort and confidentiality to those we support.
How Your Support Helps
No Panic relies on grants and donations and is unable to thank everyone individually. We would therefore like to extend our most sincere thanks to all the kind people who have taken part in events on behalf of the charity to raise funds, as well as those who have donated or provided grants to support No Panic.
We would also like to thank all those that have left us legacies to be put into their wills means a great deal to us, to both know we had a profound effect on them and that they would think so highly of us that they would remember us in such a way.
