My Sight Nottinghamshire

My Sight Notts’ vision is independence, inclusion and empowerment for people with sight loss in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

We believe no one should face sight loss alone and unsupported. We provide emotional support, practical advice, accessible social activities and peer support opportunities for children and adults living with visual impairment; ensuring people get the right advice and are able to lead full and independent lives.

We deliver a range of projects and services, intended to minimise the devastating impact of sight loss and improve the quality of life for people living with visual impairments. Our staff and volunteers help people adapt practically and emotionally to living with a lifechanging condition; providing support and advice around living safely and independently at home, getting the best out of accessible technology, low vision aids and other lifestyle advice.

We ensure those with sight loss have access to the support they need to lead the life they want to live, with the same opportunities as everyone else.
