At Hft, we are driven by a clear mission: to change the lives of learning disabled people for the better. Across England and Wales, we provide personalised support that empowers the people we support to live with independence, dignity, and choice. Our services span residential care, day opportunities, employment support, and relationship services. We are fundraising to create new opportunities that give learning disabled adults greater freedom, stronger connections, and the power to shape their own future.
