Dynamic

Dynamic provides a range of services for children and young people with disabilities and their families from the County of Wrexham.

These include:
* After school/weekend activity groups and tailored sessions, offering opportunities for fun, to form friendships and practise life skills. 
* A participation group that enables young people to have their say on matters that effect them
* An advocacy service which ensures their voices are heard on issues that effect them personally
* The Signing Sensations Choir, providing opportunities for young people to practise and perform in their local community. 
* A transition service providing practical support between education settings, transport training, life skills and improving confidence and resilience.
* A daytime social group for young adults.

We are a small local charity that relies greatly on the generosity of others to help us deliver our services with an ever-expanding waiting list. Thank you for considering our charity for your fundraising efforts.
