We provide free end of life care to anyone living with a terminal illness.
At the Community Hospice, everything we do is for the people of Greenwich and Bexley. We want everyone in our wonderfully diverse community to be able to approach death in the way that suits their values, beliefs and lifestyle. Whether that’s through pain management, care at home, rehab support, pastoral services or end-of-life care at the hospice, we’re on hand to help anyone with a terminal illness, their loved ones and their carers with free support, care and advice at any time of day or night. We can’t do what we do, without you! Together we can make the world of difference to people at their end of life.
