For more than 30 years, Brain & Spine Foundation has been supporting people affected by neurological conditions across the UK.

We are the only UK charity providing information and support across more than 600 neurological conditions, from stroke and brain injury to rare and complex disorders. Our specialist services help people understand their condition, navigate the challenges it brings and feel less alone.
