Since 1983, Afghanaid has worked with families living in some of Afghanistan's most remote communities through both emergency humanitarian assistance and long-term development programmes. By improving access to clean water, education, sustainable livelihoods and climate resilience, we help families build safer, healthier and more secure futures.

How Your Support Helps

Every pound you raise will help families in Afghanistan build more secure futures. Here are just a few examples of the difference your fundraising could make:

£10 could buy 10 apple trees for a family, providing a sustainable source of nutritious food and an additional income for years to come.
£50 could cover the cost of a water tap, giving an entire village access to clean, safe water closer to home.
£100 could cover the cost of an emergency food parcel, providing enough food to feed a whole family for one month during times of crisis.

Whether you're raising £100 or £2,500, every donation will help Afghan communities become more resilient, recover from crises and create lasting change for future generations.
