Our Mission Is To Abolish Slavery Everywhere, Forever

A21 is a global nonprofit organisation fuelled by radical hope and committed to ending modern-day slavery. We believe that a future of freedom is possible, and we won’t stop until it becomes a reality for every man, woman, and child. Because of people like you who choose to take action, we’re getting closer every single day.

Now more than ever, human beings are being exploited for their bodies and for their labour. Through force, fraud, and coercion, individuals are being bought and sold against their will. It’s estimated that 49.6 million people are currently enslaved worldwide. 

However, we’ve been working tirelessly on the frontlines of freedom, reaching the vulnerable, recovering victims, and supporting survivors on their journey toward restoration. Human trafficking is often described as a cycle, but at A21, we believe that cycle can be broken. Over the years, we’ve developed a proven, comprehensive model that combats trafficking at every stage: preventing exploitation, identifying victims, and empowering survivors toward independence.
