Boomerang Cardiff

Boomerang Cardiff is a dynamic and impactful charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals and families across Cardiff and surrounding areas. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty, homelessness, and social exclusion by offering practical, emotional, and community-based support to those who need it most.

At the heart of our work is our Homeless to Home project, which collects and redistributes pre-loved furniture and household items to help people transitioning out of homelessness or living on very low incomes furnish their homes with dignity. We also operate a thriving Pay it Forward HUB, offering a wide range of free and low-cost activities for children and adults, including boxing, after-school clubs, themed parties, and community events.

With sustainability in mind, we’ve also invested in solar power and are developing green community spaces as part of our Empowering Communities Project.

Led by people with lived experience, Boomerang Cardiff is a grassroots movement of compassion, resilience, and real change – helping build a stronger, more inclusive Cardiff for all.
