Young people aged 16 to 25 can find themselves homeless through no fault of their own. Young people experience extreme changes in their lives, such as changes in home, school, jobs, friends, and feel unstable about their unknown future ahead, as they grow out of childhood and into adulthood.
With your support we can ensure that we are able to support young people to take positive steps towards independence and build successful adult lives. We do this by providing a stable home and trusted relationships, developing their skills and confidence, improving their health and wellbeing, providing access to education and employment, and involving young people in everything we do.
