Touchstone Leeds

Touchstone Support provides mental health and wellbeing support to people in West Yorkshire which creates healthier and more fulfilling lives.

Touchstone’s mission is to provide mental health and wellbeing support to people in West Yorkshire which creates healthier and more fulfilling lives. Our vision is people and communities in West Yorkshire are healthy and thrive. Touchstone was established in Leeds in 1982 as a community based mental health drop in. Today, Touchstone delivers a wide range of mental health, wellbeing, employment and culturally specific support services across West Yorkshire. We are embedded within the diverse communities of West Yorkshire and support people with Mental Health challenges ranging from mild and temporary to severe and enduring. Our aim is to promote the mental health, wellbeing and recovery of service users, offer support to their carers, and work with the most marginalised and excluded people that focuses on people’s strengths and targets delivery within communities that experience poor health in the most deprived areas. We would be very grateful if you would consider running on behalf of Touchstone to help us continue providing mental health and wellbeing services in West Yorkshire. Here are some examples of how your support may help: £3 buys a hot drink during a Peer Support session, £5 buys an emergency toiletry pack for Here For You clients, £20 helps buy emergency food parcel for Beacon Housing service, £30 pays for a chair-based yoga session for the Sikh Elders service, £40 funds a return taxi for a service user in a rural area to access same day support.
