The Ben Kinsella Trust combats knife crime through education & campaigning

The Ben Kinsella Trust is a charity dedicated to preventing knife crime through education and campaigning. The charity was established in memory of Ben Kinsella who was just 16 years old when he was stabbed to death in a horrific act of violence on 29th June 2008.

The Ben Kinsella Trust works tirelessly to educate young people about the dangers and consequences of carrying knives through award winning exhibition workshops, online resources and programmes, and community outreach initiatives. By raising awareness and promoting positive alternatives, they aim to empower individuals to make informed choices and avoid involvement in knife-related violence.

In addition to their educational efforts, The Ben Kinsella Trust provides vital support services to individuals and families impacted by knife crime through their advocacy work, they also strive to influence policy and promote initiatives that address the root causes of knife crime, such as social inequality, lack of opportunities, and youth violence.

With a commitment to fostering safer communities and preventing further tragedies, The Ben Kinsella Trust stands as a beacon of hope and resilience in the fight against knife crime in the UK.
