St Barnabas House, Chestnut Tree House and Martlets are a group of hospices providing essential care to adults, children and young people affected by life-limiting illness across West Sussex and surrounding areas.
Your fundraising means that adults facing life-limiting illness from Brighton, Adur, Arun and Worthing are cared for and their loved ones supported. And that children and young people across East and West Sussex with life-shortening conditions get to live life to the fullest and make memories with their families.
