Supporting families across Cheshire East with their transition into parenthood
At Smile Group we support parents within Cheshire East through the emotional highs and lows of early parenthood. We offer a range of community-based services designed to help families feel less alone during what can be an isolating and overwhelming time, from pregnancy through to when children turn three.
Our core services include:
* Weekly peer support groups in Crewe, Congleton, and Macclesfield
* 1:1 home visits for parents unable to attend groups
* Talk therapy sessions with compassionate counsellors
* Monthly family sessions
We combine lived experience with professional expertise to create a safe, welcoming space for parents facing perinatal mental health challenges, such as postnatal depression, anxiety, birth trauma, and more.
