Smart Works

Smart Works exists to help unemployed women with the clothes, coaching and confidence they need to reach their full potential, secure employment and change the trajectory of their lives. Thanks to the deceptively simple power of our service, 67% of the women we see go on to get the job within one month.

In the last 10 years, Smart Works has helped over 30,000 women in 11 centres across the UK. We are proud of what we have achieved, but there is more work to be done.
