One-Eighty

Turning young lives around

For over 15 years, One-Eighty has been working at the point where mental health and education meet - supporting children and young people who are struggling to engage with school and are at risk of falling behind.

Across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, work takes place with young people aged 4–17 facing anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, SEND-related challenges and complex home lives. Support is delivered at home, in school and in the community, building the trust needed for meaningful change.

Support is delivered through:

  • Intensive one-to-one therapeutic support
  • Preventative group projects in schools
  • Training and supervision for professionals

Since 2019, referrals have more than tripled. Each year, One-Eighty supports over 2,000 young people, with 97% sucess rate against planned outcomes, including improved emotional wellbeing, increased confidence and re-engagement with education.
